heart of St Petersburg (Bolshaya Monetnaya Street 19, near Petrogradskaya

Abstracts

All abstracts shall be written in English (up to 2 pages A4 in Word format,
Times 12 pt, 1.5 spaced) and consist of the following sections:

3. Organisation(s): example: Texas State University, Texas, USA
4. Introduction
5. Methods
6. Results and discussion
7. Conclusion
8. Literature (up to 5 references) - optional.

Submitted papers can not be edited or corrected.
NO TABLES OR FIGURES please.


All authors must receive a written confirmation of their registration form
and abstracts being received by the conference Secretariat.

Conference Proceedings will be published in the journal «Psychopharmacology
and Biological Narcology»


Deadline for submission of papers (31 January 2004) has been extended to 28
February 2004.



Registration fees

Following our Conference traditions, we keep our registration fees very
low. Conference Registration fee this year will be 15 euros (10 euros for
students). Theatre or Musical performance admission tickets will cost
approximately 7 euros (subject to availability). Participation in the Sauna
satellite symposium costs 10 euros per person, including sauna admission
and light drinks (limited number of participants). Conference Dinner ticket
is 25-30 euros .

VISAS: foreign participants will require Russian visas to enter the
country. We strongly recommend to start your visa application at least 2
months before the conference.

The organizing committee will assist in obtaining russian visas through the
conference authorised tour-operator. Since all visa invitation letters
shall be forwarded to the Russian Foreign affairs ministry, the costs of
handling visa letters is 50 euros.
