Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process

All the submitted manuscripts undergo a standard single-blind peer review process. This process is divided into the following stages.
At the first stage, the submitted manuscript is evaluated in its correspondence to the scope of this journal. A preliminary estimation is made concerning the novelty of the submitted research and its importance in practice. The scientific level and the adequacy of references are also evaluated. A general conclusion on the clarity of the text and the perfection of illustrations is made. A motivated decision is formulated and sent to the authors. As a result of the first stage, the submitted manuscript may be returned to the authors for the needed corrections or be declined, or be accepted for peer review.
At the second stage, the submitted manuscript is sent to two independent reviewers with expertise in the field of the manuscript’s focus. These reviewers are selected by the Editorial Board among known specialists working at prominent research organizations. The reviewers follow the Publication Ethics and evaluate the submitted manuscript objectively. They formulate their opinions and comments in a clear way in the review form. All the reviewers’ remarks and comments are sent to the authors for the subsequent revision of the manuscript. The submitted manuscript can be declined at this stage.
A new revised manuscript submitted by the authors undergoes the above peer review process. This process continues until the manuscript is accepted or rejected for publication. All the accepted manuscripts undergo scientific editing and proofreading and are prepared for publication according to the standards accepted in the framework of this journal. The possible corrections are discussed with the authors. The author’s approval is required before submitting the final version of the paper to the publishing process.
