. Astroimager Damian Peach revisited images he captured of Mars in October and November 2005 to create a movie of Mars rotation. The image above is a frame from the movie. Although the movie's frames were photographed in October and November, the movie actually mimics Mars from June 2005. Peach adjusted the phase, tilt, and South Polar Cap to accomplish this task.
