MPH. STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 70 MPH
WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST LATE
THIS AFTERNOON AND DECREASE.

2...HIGH WIND WARNING HAS ENDED FOR THE CENTRAL OREGON COAST. WINDS
HAVE SHIFTED TO THE NORTHWEST AS FAR SOUTH AS NORTH BEND. NORTHWEST
WIND OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH SOME STRONGER GUSTS WILL CONTINUE THIS
AFTERNOON. WINDS IN THE UMPQUA AND ROGUE BASINS HAVE ALSO DECREASED.
