SpaceDTP-2016 - Booking Conditions  
Please Read Carefully! 

Definitions 

The Organizer: Youth Space Center of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (YSC-BMSTU). 

Participant: The person whose name appears on the booking form. 

SpaceDTP-2016: "Space Development Theory and Practice (SpaceDTP) International Workshop, July 2 - 16, 2016, Moscow, Russia."

Director, SpaceDTP-2016: Victoria I. Mayorova 

Force Majeure Unusual circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer, the consequence of which could not been avoided, even if all due care had been exercised. This includes war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or other similar events. 

Participation Fee/ Optional Program Price 

SpaceDTP-2016 Workshop  

Workshop consists of  two parts: Basic Workshop Program and Optional Cultural Program.

Payment for SpaceDTP-2016 

The balance of all money due are payable in cash upon arrival in Moscow in the hotel. 

Late Bookings 

The Organizer emphasizes the importance of booking at the earliest opportunity because all arrangements are made based on the number of people participating in SpaceDTP-2016. However, we will accept booking till April 15, 2016. 

Passport and Visas 

Participants are responsible for arranging, and must be in possession of, a valid passport and any visas required for the whole of their journey. SpaceDTP Director will provide Participants with information on how to obtain visas and will apply for visas on behalf of the Participant if so requested. However, in all circumstances, the Organizer is not legally responsible for securing visas or passports for the Participant. Letter of invitation is sent (by e-mail or fax) to the Participant by the Organizer no later than 2 weeks before the beginning of SpaceDTP-2016. 

Travel and Cancellation Insurance 

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all Participants while attending SpaceDTP-2016 and any related optional trips arranged by the Organizer. Participants together with their baggage are at all times solely at their own risk. Participants are wholy responsible for arranging their own insurance and ensuring that they are in possession of private Travel Insurance with protection for the full duration of SpaceDTP-2016 including optional trips covering at least medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, all with adequate benefit. Participants deciding not to acquire Travel Insurance do so at their own risk. 

Liability Insurance 

The Participant acknowledges and accepts that there may be no policy covering the Organizer's liability to its Participant's for death, injury, damage or loss occurring anywhere in the world. The Participants also specifically acknowledges that with respect to passenger accident liability coverage this coverage may not exist at all. This booking condition states that the Participant must assume that he/she is not covered by the Organizer insurance policy including all liability insurance, for death, injury, damage or any other loss. 

SpaceDTP-2016 Participation 

Participants agree to accept the authority and decisions of the Organizer' representatives during SpaceDTP-2016 and any Organizer-arranged optional trips. If in the opinion of these representatives the Participant's conduct at any time during SpaceDTP-2016 or the optional trips endangers the safety, comfort and happiness progress of SpaceDTP-2016, the Participant may be excluded from all or part of the trip. If a Participant commits an illegal act, so determined by the laws of the hosting country, the Participant may be excluded from SpaceDTP-2016 and the Organizer shall cease to have any responsibility to or for them. If the Participant decides to leave the SpaceDTP-2016 group for any period of time and return to the group later, the Organizer shall cease to have any responsibility for the Participant or his/her actions during the time of his absent. If in appropriate actions are taken by the Participant while away from the SpaceDTP-2016 group, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the Participant from the rest of SpaceDTP-2016 and any optional tours. 

If the SpaceDTP-2016 Itinerary Changes 

While the Organizer will try his best to conduct SpaceDTP-2016 and all optional tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed necessary or advisable for the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to change facilities visited and/or time allotted at each facility. In addition, changes in quest speakers or workshop organization may be made at the discretion of the Organizer. 

If We Cancel SpaceDTP-2016 or Optional Tours 

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel SpaceDTP-2016 in any circumstance but will not cancel less than 45 days before the beginning of SpaceDTP-2016 except for Force Majeure. In event of cancellation, the Organizer is not liable for any moneys lost due to the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets. 

Health, Safety and Comfort 

While the Organizer takes the utmost care to ensure a safe and comfortable time, Participants should appreciate the fact that conditions in Russia are not the same as in the West. By signing the booking form, the Participant acknowledges that he/she is willing to accept all personal risk and discomfort which may be encountered during SpaceDTP-2016 or any optional trip. In the event of health problems which prevent the Participant from participating in some or all of the SpaceDTP-2016 events, The Organizer is under no obligation to refund any money for the unused serviced.
