Lebedev Physical Institute and Sternberg Astronomical Institute of Lomonosov Moscow State University and Centre for Cosmoparticle physics "COSMION" (with the help of Russian Foundation for Basic Research  and Russian Federal Government Program "Integration" of the Fundamental Science and High Education) are organising the International School-Seminar "Dark Matter, Dark Energy and Gravitational Lensing" . The aim of International School-Seminar is firstly, to bring together cosmologists and astronomers from different countries to discuss the most exciting problems of the Universe and, secondly, to give an opportunity for students, postgraduate students, postdocs and young scientists actively working in Theoretical Cosmology to be informed in the latest achievements with the help of lectures given by the leaders of theoretical cosmology. The scientific program of School-Seminar includes plenary talks, seminars and educational lectures. Cultural events are also planned. This School-Seminar is organised at the third time. First one took place on September 1-10, 1997 at Ulyanovsk, second one took place on September 11-21, 2000  also at Ulyanovsk.
