       added directory instr/fm1, because some  OM instrument files are
       changed:

	For a subset of the filters  (U, B, V, UVW1, UVM2, UVW2) the
	transmission curves of the flight filters as measured by the
	manufacturer are included.

	These 'filter.sptm' files describe now the transmission of the
	filters in the OM primary channel.

	The detector radiation quantum efficiency file  is updated.
	The file 'cathode.sptm' includes the radiation quantum
	efficiency measurements made by DEP. The 'cathode.sptm' file
	describes the RQE of the photocathode in the primary OM
	channel.
