The position of a source on the image (XPOS and YPOS) are referred to a
coordinate origin in which the pixel at the far-left and bottom of the image has coordinates
1.0, 1.0. The coordinates are computed using the first-order moments of the intensity profile,
and the algorithm is similar to that used in the sextractor program (please see the
sextractor manual for a detailed discussion).
