My `grace` window seems not to start. Is there anything wrong with the SAS?

It is more likely that there is something wrong with your grace installation. Have a look whether, upon launching - e.g. - calview, dsplot, or xmmselect, the following error appears in your Unix window:

scanFontDBase(): Font Database File not found T1_InitLib(): Fatal error scanning Font Database File --> Broken or incomplete installation - read the FAQ!

In this case, you'd better revise your grace installation. Please, refer to the instructions in the grace installation pages.
