Earth-limb tests performed
· Test performed in rev 442 at a mean angle of 42.6 (increasing from 42 to 42.3): ­ no increase of background in E4 maps observed

Earth-limb test: status/future
· But no pn offset maps were acquired in rev 442 test · ==> new test planned in rev 473: ­ at exactly 42 degrees from the earth & low altitude ­ MOS: CAL-THIN ­ pn: cycle of offset maps to be downloaded via the HBR · If the test if again positive (as expected) the earth-limb angle could be decreased from 47 to 42 degrees asap. ­ Will increase significantly visibility of pathological areas.
