MapIn

- input PSF image map in CCD pixel units (including readout smearing effects if any). It must be centered correctly to sub-pixel location, especially if the PN pile-up is to be predicted correctly

rate_in

- input counts/second expected in the point source

Patterns

- list of pattern numbers used. A valid input range is 1,2,3,4 where the number represents the maximum sized pattern type used (i.e. if mono-, bi- and tri- pixel patterns are to be used, then the number 3 is input)
