Inching Forward

I finished testing DeltadataCommand and DeltafileCommand and moved the changes to production. There's still a problem, which I think I will have to fix by implementing case independent search. I straightened out the delivery problems I was having with the phone directory. Things should be working tommorrow. I will have to take another look at our RSS product, it seems too flakey for production.
