LRP Process Improvement Documents

These are documents which the OPT subgroups have prepared concerning overviews of individual LRP processes (both as currently done, and as projected to be as a goal), documentation on goals, methods, and areas for process improvement.

Cycle Builds:

May 25, 2000 Presentation by I. Jordan on Major steps in "Process for Constructing a New LRP. This document is an overview of the cycle-long process governing the construction of a new cycle's LRP. Related information can be found on the Procedure page for Merging Cycles.
October 2000 Presentation by I. Jordan on "Building a New Cycle LRP". This document is a bit more in-depth and contains a crude graphic showing the feedback loop for producing a final product.

Functional & Data Requirements Documentation

These are documents that are being produced as a part of the software project to migrate and improve the LRP process. The requirements documents will form the core set of standards and guidelines for designing and building the software on the unix system.
