RELEASES:
Three unix files and one VMS file must be edited to properly update the mailing
lists for the notices generated surrounding the batch LRP.
-
A summary of the results of the nightly LRP run is mailed to select
individuals at the conclusion of the batch LRP run. Those individuals are
listed in
- /data/cerberus1/operational/lrp/lrp-batch-even.command
- /data/cerberus1/operational/lrp/lrp-batch-odd.command
and these two files should be edited to include/exclude persons when a
change is necessary.
-
When the batch LRP is not released, a message goes out to relevant
parties to inform them of such. The list of individuals may be found in:
Also, the .setenv file environment variable $release_dist must be updated.
-
When the batch LRP is released, a message is mailed to the
interested parties informing them that the LRP has been released. This
distribution list is contained in:
- SPSS_DATA_DK3:[lrp]release_lrp.dis
- /home/lrp/.setenv
BASELINES:
Different kinds of messages are generated as a result of baselining the LRP.
- Messages go out to these people whenever the baseline tool is run:
- SPSS_DATA_DK3:[lrp]baseline_lrp.dis
-
Also, whenever the WWW/PC/BASELINE reports are run ($do
SUBMIT_BASELINE_REPORTS_EASY or $do BASELINE_REPORTS or any of its kin), a
member of LRPG gets mail as well as PCs. This is set in the files:
- SPSS_DATA_DK3:[LRP.TOOLS]PC_REPORTS.COM (3 places)
- SPSS_DATA_DK3:[LRP.TOOLS]WWW_REPORTS.COM (2 places)
- SPSS_DATA_DK3:[LRP.TOOLS]BASELINE_REPORTS.COM (3 places)
Others:
The "lrpg" mail list is maintained by the PRESTO secretary.
