run(ephem_name=None, days='11')
Creates message when 11-day ephemeris is received and cataloged and mails to OPUS Usage: notify_opus_11day_ephem.run(<ephem_name>,[days]) or do notify_opus_11day_ephem <ephem_name> [days] where days is the length of the ephemeris fit (currently 11).
