June 30, 2015 Leap Second
*************************
Two special Engineering Recorder Dumps are scheduled at 181/22:34:45 - 23:25:45
and 181/23:39:49 - 23:53:59 to facilitate emptying the Eng SSR as much as
possible prior to the leap second. The is a 10 minute TDRS hole starting at
181/23:55:00 - 182/00:05:00 to facilitate the updates to the ground systems.

*******************************
Periods of No Gyro Bias Updates
*******************************

2015.182:12:17:07 - 2015.182:21:00:12 = 0:08:43:05 -- Warning
Preferred gyro bias update time window of 0:08:00:00 is not met.

*********************
Potential OBAD Issues
*********************
The OBAD at 2015.183:10:35:16 for visit 1374038 may have a higher than normal
chance of having issues due to bright stars within the FHST-2 FOV. The stars
in question are Alpha Centauri at magnitude -0.01 and Beta Centauri at
magnitude 0.72. There were no other scheduling options for this observation to
allow the FHST-2 bright stars issue to be resolved (the observation can't be
rolled and FHST-1 is pointed at a piece of sky where we have had previous
failure issues).

ACS/WFC Anneal

This SMS contains a ACS/WFC Anneal from 2015.182:14:46:05 to 2015.183:05:53:45

********************************************
MA Transmitter Lifetime Extension Initiative
********************************************

TDRS events have been explicitly deleted from the NCC schedule
following procedures developed under the MA Transmitter
Lifetime Extension Initiative. The number of TDRS events
removed was 90 out of an original count of 202.

However no events were removed in the following time frame

2015.181:21:51:00 - 2015.182:01:15:00

which covers events just before and following the leap second activities.
