MA Transmitter Lifetime Extension Initiative
********************************************

TDRS events have been explicitly deleted from the NCC schedule
following procedures developed under the MA Transmitter
Lifetime Extension Initiative. The number of TDRS events
removed was 66 out of an original count of 200.

However no events were removed in the time frame of
2015.127:10:45:00 - 2015.127:22:40:00 to support the
CPM3 1553 Diagnostic Test with possibility of updating CPM3 EEPROM
on May 07 (Day 127)

********************
CPM-3 Testing/Update
********************
To support the 486 CPM-3 testing and FSW update process on day 127, the
following changes were made in the generation of the products:

- Modified the CL Basefile to have PASS verify that there are a minimum of
3 direct load opportunities for every NSSC-1 load and a minimum of 2
direct load opportunities for every 486 load.

This modification will be reverted back to a minimum of 1 direct load opp
for both NSSC-1 and 486 for the 15.131 week.

- Disabled MAT-LEI during the following window:
127/10:45:00 - 22:40:00
