and approved for release and may be found at address SSSP.HST.NASA.GOV,
while comments on the PASS errors are included below. This distribution
includes MEGG and MOSR products in addition to MS/CL products.

PASS error analysis
===================

There are no errors of note in the Command Loads, and one level-3
error in the Mission Schedule:

*** 227/ 3 MPAFOVCHK 2013Y305D02H07M45.0000000 SMS01JL GSACQ S1
PRIMARY STAR, PAIR 1 , AT CMD ATTITUDE FAILS FOV CHECK FOR CONE # 5.
SEARCH RADIUS USED IS 55.00000 ARCSEC.

The primary star is about 42" away from the FGS1 OCS. We only allocate
enough time for the primary to use a 32" search, as allocating any more time
would impact the observations. The allocated time covers the >99 percentile
case so it is very unlikely that a search this large will be needed.

MA Transmitter Lifetime Extension Initiative
********************************************

TDRS events have been explicitly deleted from the NCC schedule
following procedures developed under the MA Transmitter
Lifetime Extension Initiative. The number of TDRS events
removed was 58 out of an original count of 194.

In addition, an MAT LEI keep window of

2013.307:05:40 - 2013.307:17:35

was used in support of operations during a set of 3 solar
eclipses on day 307. This window retains all events starting
4 events prior to the eclipse series, through and including
4 events after the series.
