MA Transmitter Lifetime Extension Initiative
********************************************

TDRS events have been explicitly deleted from the NCC schedule
following procedures developed under the MA Transmitter
Lifetime Extension Initiative. The number of TDRS events
removed was 44 out of an original count of 195.

Note that no events were removed during the following windows.
The first is in support of needs for the solar eclipse.
The last three are to support the anticipated COS/FUV recovery
via an intercept sms.

2012.142:00:00:00 - 2012.142:03:55:00
2012.144:10:40:00 - 2012.144:17:30:00
2012.145:10:40:00 - 2012.145:17:30:00
2012.146:12:20:00 - 2012.146:19:05:00

Also in support of the anticipated COS/FUV recovery intercept,
additional Science SSR Dump opportunities have been scheduled
to allow the COS data to be on the ground within about 1-2 orbits
(note, the COS activities are expected to be added via an intercept
next week with the details included in that delivery letter).

Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 121427a5 Delivery Letter
********************************************************

The Commanding Team has completed its review
of flight SMS 121427a5 and has found no problems.

This SMS begins with commanding to load two WFC3 RTCSs
into slots 136 and 137. These RTCSs will nominally
be used for WFC3 "IR Cold" anneals, beginning with
the anneal in this SMS.

This SMS contains special commanding for a COS NUV
Fold Analysis Test, starting at 142/05:18. The
commanding is unchanged since its last on-orbit use.
