PASS error analysis
===================

The Mission Schedule has one instance of a Level 3 Error:

*** 69/ 3 MIPINPSMS 2011Y067D19H22M04.9369422 SMS003I INIT

This is benign and expected with SI safemode recovery activities.

The Command Load contains one expected 1655/03 message, which
occurs at the start of the time period, which is standard for
a NSSC-1 Cold Start SMS. The actual uplink is expected to
occur before the beginning of this time period.

Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 110676G1 Delivery Letter
********************************************************

The Commanding Team has completed its review
of flight SMS 110676G1 and has found no problems.

This SMS is a 486 warm start, NSSC-1 cold start SMS.
After the health & safety load segment, special commanding
is used to load two additional H&S RTCSs (PLCPs PMRSTHPF
and PMSTPSTR, into slots 136 and 137, respectively) that
will be needed until PRD7.5.

The SMS then begins Safe to Operate recovery commanding
for ACS, STIS, and COS:
ACS starting at 067/19:00, ending by 067/19:12
(and followed by at least 135 minutes for the WFC TEC
to cool before further stored commanding is permitted).
COS starting at 067/19:10, ending by 067/19:28,
followed by commanding the detectors to their nominal
SAA states ending by 067/19:57.
STIS starting at 067/19:20, ending by 067/19:39.
MAMA1 LV cycling begins at 068/02:48 and
MAMA2 LV cycling begins at 068/14:48.

WFC3 recovery will be managed via realtime commanding,
which must be complete prior to the start of nominal
SMS commanding at 067/22:59.

This SMS contains commanding to load NSSC-1 vector table
slot 12 with an offset slew at 069/00:17.
This offset will be used to protect the COS detectors
from a potential overlight condition if the target cannot
be shown to be safe within ~24 hours of the observations.
The slot 12 genslew will be executed at 072/05:29,
prior to COS observations that start at 072/05:30.
If the target is shown to be safe within ~24 hours of the
observations, an Ops Request will be used to clear slot 12,
i.e., zero the offset, prior to the SMS genslew request
so that the genslew will be a null slew and the observations
will be done on the intended target.

Because the ACS SBC has been off for several months, this
SMS includes special commanding to perform a slow, full HV
ramp-up (the final ramp-up from the recovery from anomalous
shutdown procedure) starting at 069/12:44. NSSC-1 ACS
event flag 2 must be clear for this commanding to execute.
That ramp-up is followed two days later by an SBC Fold Test,
with nominal ramp-up commanding starting at 071/20:29.
