PASS error analysis
===================

There are 168 benign 69/03 errors.

There was a 589/03 error with 3 Replaces. The Replaces were sent to
NCC, a new TDRS scheduled was created, and a new CL was created that
is fully consistent with that TDRS schedule.

There are no level 3 CL errors.

Delivery Notes:
===============

The Commanding Team has completed its
review of the 021617E2 Flight SMS and
have found no problems.

**************************************************
Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 021617E2
**************************************************

This SMS begins with a table load of several
NICMOS FSW constants related to target acquisition
and coronography and the NSSC-1 NICMOS Camera 2
Rotation Matrix. They, along with larger tables
uplinked on day 157, support the NICMOS Mode-2
Target Aquisition Test (proposal 8983) that
begins execution on day 161 at 02:25 UT.

This SMS contains a STIS anneal. (proposal 8906).
The anneal produces 3 STIS-13.077 -- STIS pulse
Command on SMS WARNING messages. These
warnings are expected and waived.

This SMS also contains UV flats for the WFPC2.
(proposal 8934). This generates the warning:
"WFPC2 - 02.005 -- WFPC2 UV calibration is
present on this SMS", since the UV lamp has a
limited lifetime. These warning messages are
expected and waived.

In order to resolve science data volume problems,
three SSAR downlink services were created using
transmitter 2 (HGA2). The times of the services are
