PASS error analysis
===================

There are 190 69/3 errors in the Mission Schedule. All are benign.

In Command Loads #4, #5, and #6, the following error appears:
0*** 1654/03 CSHSELECT 2
*** THE UPLINK OPPORTUNITIES FOR THIS LOAD = 2, BUT 4
*** WERE DESIRED.

On a previous iteration, the number of uplink opportunities was 1 for the
NSSC-1 load in Command Load #5. To avoid this, the FLBHRS fields in the
CLSTART file for that Command Load was changed from:
FLBHRS = 12,5*-1,0,8,16,3*-1,
to:
FLBHRS = 12,5*-1,6,14,22,3*-1,

The criteria for acceptance is total time of opportunities must be greater
than 2.5 times the estimated duration of load.
For CL #4:
NSSC-1 ATP LOAD: N82B9500D
ESTDUR: 11.14 MINUTES (2.5 * ESTDUR = 27.85 minutes)
FIRST (1 OF 2) 00.278 19:31:15 00.278 20:00:00 (28.75 min)
BRINKS (2 OF 2) 00.278 21:14:28 00.278 21:28:59 (14.52 min)
-----------
43.27 min > 27.85 min

For CL #5:
NSSC-1 ATP LOAD: N88A9790E
ESTDUR: 3.61 MINUTES (2.5 * ESTDUR = 9.02 min)
FIRST (1 OF 2) 00.280 18:03:45 00.280 18:30:00 (27.25 min)
BRINKS (2 OF 2) 00.280 19:48:15 00.280 20:36:45 (48.50 min)
-----------
75.75 min >> 9.02 min

For CL #6:
NSSC-1 ATP LOAD: N88A9790F
ESTDUR: 11.37 MINUTES (2.5 * ESTDUR = 28.38 min)
FIRST (1 OF 2) 00.280 18:03:45 00.280 18:30:00 (27.25 min)
BRINKS (2 OF 2) 00.280 19:48:15 00.280 20:36:45 (48.50 min)

Delivery Notes:
===============

With the delivery of these flight products SPST is making use for the first
time the "replace" capability introduced with PASS Release 31.00 and UPS
Release 12. Final mode Mission Scheduler will be run twice (almost always),
the first run producing an SSR file which, after being transmitted to the UPS
and NCC, trims and deletes TDRSS services. With a newly generated TDRSS
schedule, Mission Scheduler is rerun. If Mission Scheduler still generates a
replace (SSR) file, the SSR file is sent to the UPS, a new TDRSS schedule is
generated, and the Command Loads generated and distributed (see below).

This SMS contains the Gamma Ray Burster Target of Opportunity, SUs 08867E0-E2,
activated on September 28, 2000. The pointing differs from the initial
products at the times 2000.281:04 - 2000.281:13 and 2000.282:02 - 2000.282:05.
The UPS has been updated with this pointing info through the replace SSR file
as described above.

This SMS contains the WFII decontamination, SUs 0882235-37. Here are the
events that comprise it:

The Product Notification Message (PNM) for CCS does _not_ include references
to the ASTHDR_00276.BCK and GDSTAR_00276.BCK files.

The Commanding group has no additional comments.
