Delivery Notes:
===============

The 99319 SMS contains a visit (program 08551) pointed within 1 degree
of the anti-radiant of the Leonid meteor shower.
We are using these times for the 'core period' of the shower:
1999.321:21:14 - 1999.322:07:14.

A slew to this attitude begins at 321:19:21:54 (ending at 321:19:28:21).
Another slew to the off-nominal position required for the target attitude
of the 08551 visit ends at: 321:21:25:26 (keeping the same RA, DEC.)

The slew away from the target begins at: 322:10:29:06.

Other science visits occurring just before and after (321:02:20:24 to
322:19:00:01) this 08551 program remain within 24 degrees of the anti-radiant.

The solar arrays have been set to 90 degrees for the Leonid time frame.
SA Slew Minimization was overridden for days 320 through 322 to reduce
the cross-section of the arrays to the Leonid meteroid stream direction.

A TAPEUSE for the ETR has been added to the DMS Merge file to provide for
Engineering data to be recorded on-board from 321:20:54:15 to 322:10:00:00
Please check that the requirements for these data are met.

The DF and NSCC-1 should not need to be loaded during the Leonid time frame.
Our analysis shows the loads that occur before the Leonid time occur between:

LOAD AFTER: 99.321 16:10:21

LOAD BY: 99.321 19:56:54

and the next loads after the period occur between:

LOAD AFTER: 99.322 07:00:52

LOAD BY: 99.322 10:59:10

Please examine the products for details and advise if any adjustments
to these uplink times are necessary.

All the SSA Forward contacts from the TDRS-West contact at 1999.321 21:11:39
through the TDRS-West contact at 1999.322 07:36:32 have been declared
as critical support.

This SMS has differences in the observations from the Initial SMS.
Observations 0824903, 0827302 and 0829301 were dropped (for execution
on a later calendar) to allow an observation of the on-going Target
of Opportunity proposal 08243.

Observations 0822204 and 0822702 were dropped (for execution on
a later calendar) to allow an observation of proposal 0812502 (which
had been dropped from the 99312 calendar to allow another Target of
Opportunity to execute.)

This SMS contains the regular STIS Anneal program (08410).
