*** THE UPLINK OPPORTUNITIES FOR THIS LOAD = 2, BUT 4
*** WERE DESIRED.

****************************************************************************

There are 1655/02 errors in each command load. All have at least three
uplink opportunities with at least two services longer that the estimated
uplink duration. All have a total uplink time of more than 2.5 times the
uplink duration.

Delivery Notes:
===============

The PASS Products for this week are the first to be generated with new PASS
Release 2930.

Due to a conflict on TDRS-West for an event spanning 1998.257:17:23:47 to
1998.257:17:36:12, the NCC TM assigned the event to TDRS-171. The event
contains a 06:00 minute SSAR_NOF from 1998.257:17:28:13 to 1998.257:17:34:13
for a realtime downlink of science data. Please note that the TDRS schedule
file had to be edited to indicate TDRS-West instead of TDRS-171.

An 8.5 minute realtime uplink request at 1998.259:23:28:38 was trimmed by
almost 2 minutes. An SSAF from 1998.259:23:30:30 to 1998.259:23:50:15 gives
plenty of time for the uplink.

A WFPC Decon is scheduled this week.

The Commanding team finished their review of SMS 982577C8 and found no
problems.
