Subject : SMS SA096I01: distribution of final products

The Mission Scheduler and Command Loader processing for the final run
of SMS SA096I01 has been completed. The products have been reviewed
and approved for release and may be found at address SSSP.GSFC.NASA.GOV,
while comments on the PASS errors are included below. This distribution
includes MEGG and MOSR products in addition to MS/CL products.

SMS Name : SA096I01
MS Run Name : SA096I01_F
CL Run Names : SA096I01_F1, SA096I01_F2, SA096I01_F3
Calendar Name : 980967E1
SMS Start Time : 1998.096:00:00:00
SMS End Time : 1998.103:00:00:00

Operational Period Catalogs and SPCs have been generated from the Command
Loads. The OPCats are:

HOMER::PASSOPS:[OPC.CATALOGS]OP0922137.CAT;1

PASS error analysis
===================

There are 87 "69/ 3" errors in this MS. All are benign.

Two "514/ 3" errors occur during the interactive acquisition for FOC
proposal 7686. The first of these occurs for the downlink of the target
acquisition image; the second for the uplink of the pointing correction.
The second is acceptable since an MAF link already covers this time and
is sufficient for uplinking the target offset. Additional SSAR time
was requested for the first, but no SSA time was available during that
period. We are continuing to try to obtain SSA time during this period,
but if we don't recieve it, the interactive acquisition will fail.

The only command loader errors of consequence are a pair of "1654/03"

these are deemed acceptable.

The STIS MAMA2 Fold test (proposal 7106), last executed on
the 97216 SMS, is being repeated on this SMS to measure the
detector sensitivity following the overlight condition
experienced on day 086. No realtime support is required for
this test. This test puts the STIS into some non-standard
configurations which are required for execution, and the SI CE
should be aware of this prior to the test. The test begins on
day 096, at 17:57.

The fix for the MAMA high voltage ramp down is included on
this SMS: ODETPWR has been added to the ABORT1 error path
executed when NSSC-1 event flags 2 or 3 are set. This fix
closes HSTAR #6412.
