Delivery Notes:
===============

********************
* General Notes *
********************

There is a NICMOS flight software calibration parameter update
included at the beginning of this SMS. We are updating the camera 2
plate scale to correct an error in the values and the coronagraphic
hole position in case the required uplink on day 190 is missed. Code
512 should examine these SMS statements to familiarize themselves
with the modifications we are making.
************************************
* Quick Data Turnaround Requests *
************************************

The NICMOS coronagraphic focus test (proposal 7157) is being
executed on this SMS. Quick turnaround of all the realtime data has
been requested. The data dumps occur as follows:

data from obset 01 align 01 is sent to the ground on day 189 18:47
data from obset 01 align 03 is sent to the ground on day 189 18:58

*********************************
* Realtime Commanding Support *
*********************************

1. Revise position of NICMOS Coronographic Hole
There is an uplink request on this SMS on day 190 01:52
which will be used to revise the NICMOS coronographic hole
position. Because the detectors on still on the move inside
the dewar, this position varies over time. Data analysis
from proposal 7157 obset 01 aligns 01 and 03 will result
in a new measured hole position which is needed by the NICMOS
flight software to accurately place a target behind the
coronographic mask. The OPS request will originate from STScI
with close coordination with the SI SEs.

*SPECIAL NOTE* The requested COMCON was rejected due to no NCC, but
there appears to be a concurrent MAF service from 190 01:49:18
through 190 01:57:48, or an SAF service from 190 00:33:31 through
190 00:48:31. Either of these services would be useable for the
rejected COMCON.
