The 507 message occurs after the first intercept SU. The 497 messages refer
to subsequent attempts to record. They occur as no SSA return services are
scheduled due to the shuttle requirements. However, if the shuttle is up
these services will not be required. If the launch is delayed then the SSAR
services will have to be requested. SSAF services have been scheduled in the
appropriate time slots to reserve the SSA antenna.

Delivery Notes:

Health and Safety (H&S) SMS HS046B is the Mission Scheduler
patch to SMS SA041H00 which allows HST to transition to the
required SM configuration. The patch start time of 046:15:30
is 30 minutes prior to the end of the two hour window where
no SMS activities occur. This patch H&S is to be used if and
only if the shuttle launches on DOY 1997.046. Further deliveries
of other H&S SMSes will be made to allow for later launch dates.

The Command Load for HS046B was generated with a forced load break
to ensure that all commands are contained in this load.
