Notes and Actions
=================

Action:

SRR01 - WFC3/Stiavelli - Rqmt L.10.4.1.1.4 - Clarify the meaning of the requirement
to "load and dump" WFC3 memory.

Response:

L.10.4.1.1.4 Onboard memory shall be checked by performing a full dump of the CS
(control section) EEPROM, PROM, and EXEC RAM, and verify a match with the ground image.

Action:

SRR02 - COS/Friedman - Rqmt L.10.4.2.1.2 - Clarify the meaning of the requirement
to "load and dump" COS memory.

Response:

L.10.4.2.1.2 On-board Memory Check
Perform a full dump of the CS (Control Section) EEPROM, PROM, and EXEC RAM, and
verify a match with the ground image. Copy DCE (Delay-line Control Electronics)
and MIE (MAMA Interface Electronics) data to the CS Buffer RAM, dump this RAM,
and verify a match with the ground image.

Action:

SRR03 - NICMOS/Noll - Rqmt L.10.4.4.4.9 - Consider removing the grism solutions
from SMOV and moving them to the follow-on calibration program, if necessary.

Response:

The NICMOS Team has agreed to drop L.10.4.4.4.9 as a SMOV requirement and move any
grism calibration to the regular calibration program.

Action:

SRR04 - WFC3/Stiavelli - Rqmt L.10.4.1.1.10 - Reword the requirement to indicate
achievement of a suitably cold, but not necessarily the coldest, operating temperature.

Response:

L.10.4.1.1.10 The ability of the TECs to cool and stably control the detectors
shall be tested at a small number of temperature set points, in order to determine
a cold stable operating point. The goal is to demonstrate that this point be at
least as cold as –83C for the UVIS CCDs and 150K for the IR detector. WFC3 detectors
cannot be cooled before 21 days in vacuum (CARD 3.4.13.15). Relevant CEIS
requirements: 4.7 CCD thermal control, 4.9 IR thermal control

Action:

SRR05 - COS/Friedman - Rqmt L.10.4.2.3.1 - Verify the pressures as stated in
the CARD update.

Response:

L.10.4.2.3.1 Upon release the COS instrument shall undergo a period of
depressurization and decontamination.

The FUV detector door must not be opened until the COS internal pressure is less than
100 micro-Torr for 12 consecutive hours.

When the internal pressure is less than 20 micro-Torr for 12 consecutive hours the
MAMA detector HV can be turned on, and calibration and alignment of the NUV channel
can begin. The FUV detector HV can be turned on when the pressure is less than 10
micro-Torr for 12 consecutive hours.

Action:

SRR06 - SMOV/OPO - Rqmt L.10.4.6.1 - Consider adding ACS to the ERO program.

Response:

No consensus reached. Requirement wording remains unchanged.

Notes:

1. The BEA has been taken up in the SMB forum.
2. The sole DMS requirement can be eliminated as a SMOV requirement.
