What to do when disagreeing with your computer...

When you experience problems with your computer, you may need to email support(@stsci.edu). The help desk software will automatically respond with an email assigning a call number (example : CNSHD44674) to your problem. A more detailed email addressing your concern will be sent by the system personnel on call that day. Any follow-up email you send to system regarding the same issue must have this call number in the subject line.
