Subject: Loss of science data forward plan

OPM,

Most of the observations taken since the Science Data Formatter (SDF) input
cycling started last night have been (and continue to be) lost. The plan is
to generate an intercept SMS that backs out the input cycling with the
expectation that this will restore the system to normal operation. Science
should pick up again late tomorrow (Tuesday) morning and should not be
further affected by this problem although the high SDF temperatures this
change was meant to mitigate will persist. A tiger is being formed to
investigate the problem and recommend a path forward.
