Subject: Planned recovery of HST from safemode

Based on a telecon which eneded at noon Wednesday, the plan is to have
our usual Health and Safety SMS begin execution at 7:00 pm tonight with
science resuming 14 hours later (9:00 am Thursday). Between now and
7:00 tonight the GSFC SEs will be performing various activities to
ensure proper operation of the SADEs once stored commanding resumes.
