The PIT Toggle test failed at 12:30:47 (HSTAR 12051).€а SI SEs confirmed this to
be an occurrence of the тАЬlock upтАЭ anomaly and COP 9.21 was successfully executed
via OR 18728 to cycle power to the SIC&DH.€а Boot-mode memory dumps were obtained
for each SI and are in analysis by the Payload FSW team.€а The SIs were then
transitioned to their respective safe modes.

Currently, the SIC&DH is in Fixed mode with all SIs in safe mode.€а Generic OR
18543 is in-work to ramp the WFC3 UVIS TEC warm in a controlled manner, after
which the TEC will be turned off via OR 18544.
