Subject: WFC3 Enter Safe Mode

Hello,

WFC3 entered safe mode tonight at 2009.170:23:53:02 UT because of a
limit violation of MEB2 side wall temperature (mnemonic IMEB2ST) as
being too cold. This occurred during instrument recovery from Monday's
commanded safe mode entry. A second attempt to recover WFC3 will occur
this evening where the instrument will be recovered to PreHeat mode in
preparation for Sunday's SMS .
