Poster Information and Requirements
Displaying Your Poster
Registered participants who are presenting a poster will be issued an identification number upon arrival. Please be sure to hang your poster in the area corresponding to your identification number; push pins for securing your poster will be available in the session space.
Poster Viewing Times
Posters will be available for viewing until 2pm on the final day of the event in the cafeteria conference room (CafeCon) located at the far right corner of the cafeteria by the outdoor patio. If you wish to keep your original poster you must remove it by that time; posters not removed by that time will be discarded.
