Invited Papers:
Deadline: January 31, 2007
15–25 pages, in the Cambridge University Press format: You can download confcls.ltx (the CUP format). The readme.txt file gives specific directions for splitting the confcls.ltx file into its various component files. Of these, the LaTeX class file is cupconf.cls; the author's instructions are found in conf2egu.tex.
You may use your choice of graphics packages to embed the figures in your text. Please note that CUP requires high-resolution black and white or grayscale figures, and no figures will be published in color.
Email the LaTeX and PostScript (or eps) figure files to: toolan@stsci.edu or upload them to ftp.stsci.edu/outside-access/in.coming/maysymp/. If you ftp the files, please either prefix the file names with your initials or create a directory under your name and notify toolan@stsci.edu when you've uploaded the files.
Poster:
Deadline: January 31, 2007
To have your poster included in the conference proceedings, follow the same directions as above, except the page limit is 4-5 pages. Again, please note that CUP requires high-resolution black and white or grayscale figures, and NO figures will be published in color.
If you displayed a large-size, single-page poster, please do NOT send it in that format for the conference proceedings; it will not be accepted. For your poster to be included in the conference proceedings, you will need to reformat it according to the CUP LaTeX format to fit on 4-5 pages.
