As a Virginia Western Foundation Board member, Jason helped establish Roanoke City’s Community College Access Program (CCAP) which enables all high school seniors who meet academic and financial criteria to attend Virginia Western tuition-free. Both Ingersoll Rand and Trane are charter members of CCAP.
He is also a member of Ingersoll Rand's Global Culture Committee and the company's National Sales Council. Under his leadership and guidance, Trane has created a winning culture globally, nationally and regionally, which has led to exceeding business expectations every year of his 22-year career.
