A schedule and information of regular meetings that members of the COS+STIS team attend.
Meeting Minutes
The Meeting Minutes from the status meetings are regularly posted. An RIA on duty for the Minute Taking can be found from the Minute Taking Schedule. If the RIA cannot fulfill the scheduled minute taking duty, it is his/her responsibility to find a replacement.
RIA Reporting
A brief presentation given at the Team meeting should summarise activities performed by all RIAs since the last report. All RIAs should sent their activity report via email to Michael Wolfe by Tuesday COB before the next Team meeting. The RIA giving the report should send a copy of the report to the minute taker, who will add the report to the Meeting Minutes.
