###Policies### * Are autoparallel observations allowed for ACS and what is their policy ? ACS is indeed able to make simultaneous observations using the WFC and the HRC. Such observations are added automatically by the scheduling system if doing so does not impact primary observations. Because of WFC and HRC sharing the same filter wheel, the choice of the parallel filter is decided by the choice of the filter for the primary observation. Therefore, the parallel observations are property of the observer using the prime detector. For all other policies and comments, please read page 28 of Chapter 3 in the Instrument Handbook.
