The oral sessions will consist of a mixture of 1 hour invited reviews and contributed talks of 30 and 15 min. The Organising committee will select contributed talks from those submitted by the participants.  Participants who will not be able to give an oral presentation due to time limitations, will be asked to contribute to the poster session, to stimulate further debate with their results.

Please specify whether you would prefer an oral presentation, and if so whether 30 or 15 min. Contributions received after June 15, 1999 will not be considered in the selection for the oral talks.

A Final Announcement with a complete Science Program will be circulated by July 1st, 1999.
