The registration fee of $120 includes the Workshop
Dinner. The
deadline for early registration is June 15, 1999. Participants
registering after June 15 will be charged a late fee of $30. The
registration fee may be paid by Money Order or check in US dollars
only.
The payment should be mailed to Lorraine Garcia (address given below).
Please include a printed copy of the registration form with the payment.
