Exposures
of
the

The
COSTAR/
FOC
arms
are
not
deployed,
so
the

Results The
PSF
looks
qualitatively
like
the
last
time
we
saw
it
in
1993,
except:
.
the
focus
is
different
(was
approximately
7
microns
from
``nominal''
f
or
the
1993
data)
.
the
coma
was
different
(a
comacorrecting
move
was
made
shortly
after
the
1993
data
were
taken)
Comparing
the
count
rates
within
a
3
arcsec
radius
aperture
for
identical
images
(same
filters,
same
formats,
very
similar
position
on
the
FOC
detector)
shows
a
sys
tematic
difference
of
~10%,
independent
of
wavelength.
We
know
this
is
not
due
to
the
OTA
(WFPC
doesn't
see
this)
or
COST
AR
(FOC
arms
retracted),
so
it
has
to
be
in
the
FOC.
We
have
seen
indications
over
the
past
1218
months
of
a
slow
decline
in
sensitivity ,
amounting
to
~10%,
so
we
don't
think
the
sen
sitivity
change
has
anything
to
do
with
the
Servicing
Mission.
The
lack
of
dependence
on
wavelength
would
suggest
that
the
effect
is
not
due
to
contamination.
