The Goddard High Resolution Spectrograph (GHRS), a scientific instrument of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) launched into Earth-orbit in April 1990, is making possible notable advances in the ultraviolet spectroscopy of celestial objects. The GHRS science team has collected some of the most significant GHRS scientific results into an informative and exciting presentation of new astronomical discovery.
