DER_SNR: A simple and general spectroscopic signal-to-noise measurement algorithm

On this page we provide implementations of the the signal-to-noise ratio estimator DER_SNR following the definition set forth by the Spectral Container Working Group of ST-ECF, MAST and CADC.
