ESO/GOODS-CDFS spectroscopy master catalogue

MASTER COMPILATION of GOODS/CDF-S spectroscopy

In this page, we collect all spectroscopic redshifts and spectra publicly available in the Chandra Deep Field South (CDF-S). A first compilation (v1.1 below) includes spectroscopic data in the GOODS/CDF-S region only.

The CDF-S Master Spectroscopic Catalog below is the result of cross-matchings between published spectroscopic surveys and the GOODS HST/ACS catalog (v1.0). Thus, all positions are given in the World Coordinate System defined by the ACS data. Multiple spectroscopic identifications of the same source from different surveys are listed and no attempt is made to compare derived redshifts.

Upcoming compilations will include spectroscopic information on the whole (~30'x30') CDFS area.
