Space vihicle "Renger".
“Ranger” is a series of american interplanetary stations for the Moon's shooting, the programme of their development and starts. The mild landing on the Moon was not considered. Some "Rangers" were brought out into the Earth orbit. Maximum mass is 367 kg. In 1961 - 1965 nine "Rangers" were put into the orbit. "Ranger-7" shot the Moon from the close distance (1964).
