Libration of the Moon (from the Lat. Libratio - vibration) is the observed periodically pendulum like vibrations of the Moon relatively to its mass centre. As a result the Moon is turned to the Earth not strictly by one side but it is slowly rotating on the longitude and latitude, so that 0,59% of all the Moon’s libration: nonuniformity of the Moon motion along the orbit.
