Orion.

Orion is the most remarkable constellation of the sky. It takes a great area and is easily to find. In the Greek mythology Orion, a son of Poseidon and Evriala, is a great hunter. In its bright stars arrangement the hunter’s figure can be seen to the south - east of which the blue Sirius is shining and to the north - west - a red Aldebaran.

Betelgaise (a of Orion) is a red super giant luminance of which is 15 thousand times more then the Sun’s occures a changeable star its glitter changes from 0,4 to 0,13 of Star value with 6 years period. Rigel (b of Orion) is more bright then Betelgaise. This wonderful white and blue star has a luminance 80 thousand times more than the Sun’s. The ancient Egypt people called Rigel. The most interesting object in the constellation is the Great Nebula Orion (M 42), lying below the belt of three stars and remote from us as far as about 1000 light years. This is insignificant, heated by the young stars part of the great cloud, where the stars are generated. The main process causing the stars generation are coming in the depths of the giant and very cold (-250°C) gas clouds, taking nearly all the Orion constellation. It is wide by known also the dark nebula the Horse Head which is near z of Orion, of the east star of the Belt.
