Abstract:
   This catalog includes all available kinematical data on 440 galactic
   cepheids with the distances calculated with the period-luminosity
   relations of Berdnikov et al. (Astron. Lett., 1996, V.22, P.838). Their
   radial velocities were taken from the literature, proper motions and
   coordinates mostly from HIPPARCOS and TYCO-2 catalogs.
