Table File System

This Chapter describes the structure and use of tables in the MIDAS system. Section is a general introduction. The table structure is outlined in section . Different functional aspects of the tables are described in sections (Input/Output), (Management) and (Operations). A review of the commands is given in section , a more detailed explanation is included in appendix A. Section describes format files to control input/output operations. Finally, section contains an example that can be run at a terminal with graphic capabilities as TUTORIAL/TABLE.
