Em-Marin: Not one of the most well known companies for micro-controllers, but never-the-less an interesting one.

In summary, the common features are: 72 instructions, 2 clock cycles per instruction, 16 bit ROM, 4 bit RAM, 8-bit EEPROM, software watchdog timer, analogue watchdog, tone generator, and very low power consumption with oscillators in the KHz rather than MHz.
